Hey everyone! Hope y’all are excited about all this beautiful Spring weather! It’s time again for our community yard sale. It will be on Saturday, April 27, 8am-12pm. We will be posting it to some yard sale websites this week!

• Review budget and spending
• New pool rules about pool reservations
• New covenants coming next year – digital downloads to be available
• New volunteer committee forming to look into solutions for water erosion along the creek
