We hope you are doing well!! I just wanted to give you a quick heads-up that the HOA has been making rounds lately and giving out violations for overgrown lawns. I figured I’d mention it in case you hadn’t gotten to yours yet – I’d hate for you to get a notice over something like that.

You gotta be shitting me!You send a notice about my lawn, how’s about doing something about house with crap piled up on their porch, garage door broken, in unregistered cars , people leaving trash bins out in the street for days . Inconsiderate people mowing their lawns and blowing the cut grass out into the street and ending up in front of neighbors houses.Houses with crap piled on the driveway and people piling crap in the streets for weeks at a time
