Overflow Parking Permit

Overflow Parking_LtAre cars belonging to your visiting family and friends overwhelming your driveway?  Occasionally, you may have a need to utilize the parking space at the pool area as overflow for your driveway.  Starting this year, we are allowing cars to be parked in the pool area with the new Parking Permit which can be requested through our website. Use of the Parking Permit will ensure authorized vehicles are not unnecessarily towed.  Once your request is approved by the Board, we will provide you with a permit of which the bottom portion of the permit is to be placed in the front window of your vehicle(s).  This is for ‘Extended’ parking not to exceed 2 weeks.  If the vehicle exceeds the approved time (max 2 week) period without communicating to the FHOA Board, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Meet Your Neighbors And Beautify Our Neighborhood

Simpsonville is one of the fastest growing cities in the Upstate and we are so proud that Foxwood Subdivision is part of that growth.  In the last few years, many homeowners have moved in and become a part of our wonderful community making this a great combination of seasoned members and new members.  We are all one big family living together as neighbors and friends to make this community the best it can be for our families and children.

The FHOA Board wants to get more community involvement by asking for volunteers to join a special team called the ‘Common Area Planning Committee’. We are asking each member to be willing to commit at least one year to our neighborhood while working on this committee.

Please review the information below and respond to the Board with your interest, and look forward to meeting your neighbors and beautifying our neighborhood.

Free Commercial Swing Set Attachments

We are in the process of replacing the attachments to the Swing Set in the common area playground.   Some of  the chains will be available as well.  If anyone is interested in the old equipment, please contact the Board.

The available items are:

  • swing seats
  • baby bucket

Note:  The swing trapeze bar is not available

Trash Pickup Reminder: Friday, April 8

If you put your trash out last night and it wasn’t picked up today, don’t fret, they are picking up tomorrow because of Labor Day delay.

“Ace will not collect this Labor Day nor Thanksgiving Day. All collections will be a day later, including on Saturday.”

Also, if you want to throw away your old trash can, put a note on it with something similar to “throw away” so that ACE will be assured you want them to take it away.

Pool Party Calendar

FHOA Scheduled Pool Parties

The Pool Party Calendar represents homeowners who have paid the deposit to host a party in the Foxwood Subdivision Commons Grounds or at the Pool.  The requested facility will be CLOSED to all uninvited members during the requested time frame.

Yard of the Month

It’s that time again…

YOM

The Yard of the Month judging will run from May to July.  The winner will receive a $25 gift certificate and will host the “Yard of the Month” sign in their yard for that month.  A picture of the Award Winning yard and the homeowner will be posted on the website.

The selection criteria may not be specific to the best looking yard, but also to the most improved or maintained yard. Homeowners cannot win 2 consecutive years in a row.
