Pool Opens May 19th

Click here – 2018 Pool Opening Countdown

With the pool opening in a few weeks, we thought this would be a good time to remind you of the process for scheduling your summer pool parties.

Please check the Pool Party Calendar BEFORE submitting your request.  Take note of the blackout dates, as these dates are not available for pool parties. All parties are limited to 3 hours. Complete the form to ensure your party is scheduled since all reservations require a minimum 3-week notification.

Following these steps will prevent delays in your confirmation. The management company does not facilitate the party calendar so multiple calls to their office may cause delays.

Additional information is listed under the POOL INFORMATION menu above.

2018 Annual Meeting Reminder

It’s that time again

Everyone should have received the postcard reminder in the mail last week.

Please note, if you would like to speak at the meeting, you must notify the Board in writing before the 20th.

We will be on a schedule and each person will be given 3 minutes to speak. We wish to present an orderly and professional meeting for the community so there will be No Exceptions.

Security Alert

Neighbors,

A homeowner on Spring Meadow Road reported a potential mailbox tampering affecting access to their credit card in the name of ‘Nathan Grate’. The homeowner was able to intercept the new credit card in his mail to stop the fraud.

Please pay close attention to your mail and mailboxes. Check your mail daily to ensure timely removal of mail to minimize the risk of sensitive information being obtained. Always shred or destroy any sensitive information before discarding it in the trash. Tax time is upon us and the temptation of dishonesty is too great for thieves. animated-christmas-market-image-0023

The annual Christmas Holiday Decorations Contest starts this weekend. We had such a great response last year that we are asking the community to judge again this year. The judging will be starting this Sunday, December 10th to the following Sunday, December 17th. The Winners will be posted Monday, December 18th.

The top 3 winners will be presented with a $25 gift certificate.

To vote, go to the Foxwood website and select ‘CONTACT THE BOARD’ and send in your vote.

Link to Vote –> Vote for Your Favorite Holiday Decorated Home

 Voting Instructions:

  • Only 1 vote/entry per household

  • You can submit a maximum of 3 choices in your 1 vote/entry

  • List the house number AND the street number (do not send names)

Note: Board members are excluded from the selection, but not the vote.

To qualify, all entries must be submitted no later than Monday 18th, this will allow time to tally the votes and to present to the winners before Christmas.

The winners will be posted on the website along with pictures of all for your enjoyment.

There is plenty of time to get those decorations out, so good luck to all and happy decorating!
