PARTY On Foxwood!  Pool reservations have tripled from last year.  Its great seeing the kids and the adults 😉 having some private pool time.  As an added convenience, we have posted the Pool Party Reservations at the pool.  Its located to the left of the Office door. The next time you are at the pool, check it out so you can plan your pool time accordingly.

Please review the approved reservations below before submitting your request.

This calendar represents homeowners who have paid the deposit to host a party in the Foxwood Subdivision Common Grounds or the Pool.  The Requested Facility will be CLOSED to all uninvited members during the requested time frame.  Please be courteous and respectful and leave the designated area during the approved requested times.

Haven’t gotten your items ready for the yard sale this Saturday.  No worries, you still have time 😉

Remember, Habitat for Greenville will be coming through later Saturday evening to pick up any items you want to donate.

You will need to place all items in a box near the curb and label HABITAT so they know what to pick up.

Are cars belonging to your visiting family and friends overwhelming your driveway?  Occasionally, you may have a need to utilize the parking space at the pool area as overflow for your driveway.  Starting this year, we are allowing cars to be parked in the pool area with the new Parking Permit which can be requested through our website. Use of the Parking Permit will ensure authorized vehicles are not unnecessarily towed.  Once your request is approved by the Board, we will provide you with a permit of which the bottom portion of the permit is to be placed in the front window of your vehicle(s).  This is for ‘Extended’ parking not to exceed 2 weeks.  If the vehicle exceeds the approved time (max 2 week) period without communicating to the FHOA Board, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
