2018 Christmas Decoration Contest

Foxwood entrances got a little holiday upgrade, just in time for the Christmas Holiday Decoration contest.

The top 3 winners will be presented with a $25 gift certificate.

    • List the house # AND street number (DO NOT SEND NAMES)

City of Simpsonville Recycling Notification

Beginning March 1, 2016, the City of Simpsonville will no longer accept GLASS as part of the recycling program.  Leading up to March 1st, the city will be doing their best to communicate this change, some trashcans were tagged last week with this notification.   You may still continue glass recycling up to February 25th which is the last pickup before the March 1st deadline.

A Friendly Reminder: Overnight Street Parking

We have had several complaints from homeowners regarding the overnight street parking in the neighborhood.

While street parking is not restricted in our covenants and by-laws, it is part of the Simpsonville City Ordinances.

The main issue seems to be homeowners parking on both sides of the street thus making it impossible for emergency vehicles to get through.

Please be considerate of where you park.

If you need to report illegal street parking contact the Simpsonville codes violation line at (864) 967-5307.

Community Pool: Volunteers Needed

Well summer is almost here, and the pool will be open soon.

So we need volunteers to help us with the pool responsibilities.

When: 2 days per volunteer, running each Saturday – Friday through the end of the summer

Why: We want to maintain our nice facilities so everyone can continue to enjoy them.

What: Take out the garbage for weekly pick-up. Most days it takes only 5 minutes or less.

If you are interested, the HOA board would love your help!

Please fill out the form below, and someone will contact you shortly.

Thanks in advance!
